A practical introduction to project management
A project brings people together to produce a particular result. Someone needs to understand the work, make decisions, and check that the result is useful. You can do that with a simple plan. You do not need to start by buying software.
This course explains Waterfall and Agile approaches, what Scrum does, and how to track work people can actually finish. By the end, you should be able to explain which approach fits a small project, recognize a useful team check-in, and identify what a tracking board is missing. No project experience is required. All examples are fictional.
