Why I do this
Good people should not have to be heroes every day.
I know the broken handoff, the process that punishes good people, and the meeting that exists because nobody fixed the system. Those problems become normal when people get good at working around them.
My work starts by making them visible. I connect the details on the floor with the decisions, expectations, and systems that shape the day. Then I turn what we learn into something people can use.
I bring practical leadership, technical problem solving, and a willingness to ask the uncomfortable question. The goal is work that runs better, people who can own it, and results that last.
What I stand for
