Think about a task that keeps coming back with the same question, missing detail, or last-minute rescue. Somebody may be working hard to hold it together. A useful system gives that person a dependable way to do the work and get help when the ordinary route breaks down.
This course shows how people, steps, tools and feedback fit together. You will learn to spot a weak handoff, pick a routine that helps, and check whether a change made the work easier for the people doing it. You do not need a management title or floor experience. All the examples are made up.
