Aspirations

“In any given moment we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.”

― Abraham Maslow

I am committed to excellence for myself, my family, and within any organization I join, constantly seeking opportunities to add value and drive success.

Why Change?

After a recent family passing and returning to where I grew up with my children, I realized they hadn’t truly experienced the world around them. We’ve sampled vacations and landmarks, but true experience comes from living through the changes—from the transition of seasons to the spectrum of weather, encompassing both its beauty and its challenges. You can’t fully appreciate or love a place without embracing its imperfections. Moreover, I rediscovered my deep affection for mountains and varied terrains; just seeing them uplifts me. After months of heartfelt discussions, we’ve decided to explore the possibility of relocating to a Rocky Mountain State, seeking a life where we can all connect more deeply with nature and each other.

Why Montana?

This move to Montana signifies our final major relocation, aiming for a place where we can ultimately retire. My vision is simple: to enjoy a coffee with a view of the natural world, and have the freedom to hike its mountains with my family on any day we choose. Initially, we considered Arizona due to family ties, but our research, which encompassed cost of living, property values, taxes, and even daily necessities like groceries and fuel, led us elsewhere. Engaging with local chambers of commerce and social media, along with insights from LinkedIn connections near Great Falls, turned our attention to Montana’s allure. After evaluating crucial factors such as healthcare, education, and job opportunities, Billings and Bozeman have risen to the top of our list.

What am I looking to do?

I am looking to make a significant impact within any organization that aims to maximize its human capital and streamline its processes. Regardless of the industry—whether it’s sales, mining, pharmaceuticals, or recycling—the core principles of business and human dynamics remain constant. My experience includes training sales teams, enhancing equipment efficiency in mining operations, and optimizing environments from cleanrooms to recycling plants. What I know for sure is that I thrive when working with a team, leveraging my tenacity and drive to excel, not just to achieve personal success, but to elevate others.

My objective is to empower individuals to recognize and harness their potential, fostering success collectively. I am more than willing to offer my skills, share my knowledge, and provide training on a temporary or consultancy basis as we establish ourselves in our new home. However, my ultimate goal is to find an organization where I can contribute significantly to both employee development and profitability, ensuring mutual benefits for all involved.
